Week 1:
The week 1 of the most anticipated Indian Premier League culminated with the 7th match of the IPL. The tournament that started with a win for Chennai Super Kings against the Mumbai Indians, ended with Chennai Super Kings being on the receiving end of a thrashing defeat in the hands of Delhi Capitals.
Delhi Capitals looked the team to beat in the first week notching up two wins in as many games. Sun Risers Hyderabad and Kolkata Knight Riders are yet to open their account while the rest of the teams havHe clinched a win in their kitty.
Contrarily, Chennai Super Kings look the most depleted side. The Ms Dhoni led side won the first game but went on to face back to back defeats in the next game.
