*PATHIRANA STANDS TALL:*

A skinny inexperienced Srilankan stood tall against a mighty RCB batting order. After being dispatched for a whole lot of runs in his first two, he came back strongly to defend on what was a graveyard of a pitch for the bowlers regardless of the type. Such skill and composure in an extremely critical situation was all it needed to drive CSK home. 

*CSK REIGN SUPREME AGAIN:*

Once again, another occasion where the Super Kings have triumphed the Challengers, this time in a high scoring affair at Bengaluru. RCB surprisingly did not choke while chasing like most times and despite the double blows initially, they were able to keep the momentum going. Faf and Maxwell tried their level best to keep their team in the game but a collective effort from the CSKian boys was all it took, to brush this RCB lineup. 

*A POWER PACKED FIRST INNINGS:*

Earlier in the night, CSK were ruthless to say the best against an inconsistent RCB bowling group. They cleared the fence on numerous occasions reminding everyone of the power they possess as a unit. The yellow brigade managed to post 226, in what was expected to be a daunting task to be chased down. The highlight of the innings was the revengeful act from Dube from his former franchise RCB, who smashed sixes for fun.
