NOTES - STRENGTHS/WEAKNESSES
1) A 4-time finalist and the only team to have qualified for the playoffs in every season till date. A new captain for them who's an experienced captain as well, and just won the ICC Men's Cricketer of the Year 2022 as well. With Babar's addition to their squad, their side has both the all-time leading run-scorer of the PSL as well as the all-time leading wicket taker of the same.
2) An explosive batting unit revolving around the technically sound Babar could be exactly what Babar would love to play with. The form in which Cadmore, Powell and Rutherford would be coming into the PSL is exactly what would Peshawar want them to continue on.
3) A wicket-taking bowling unit with Wahab-Mujeeb-Qadir-Arshad could defend all sorts of totals, but at the same time this is a unit, which, if doesn't deliver wickets, could get scored more than 200 very easily, on these batting friendly pitches.
